First subcribe to each list individually, then they will send you an email message to the email you provided them with.
you have to comfirm that message before you can post to the list.

I have stored them all in an account I created for this purpose in Hotmail. Put all the addresses into a GROUP in the address book of your Hotmail account.

You will only have to send ONE email to all the lists. Better is to do it in groups of 5 or 10 so you can change the headlines for each mailing, looks better and is less annoying for the receivers.>
